Hui Xu has devoted herself to art creations for many years and participated in numerous art expos in China, USA, Italy, French, Belgium and Japan etc. She has been awarded Golden , Silver, Bronze and other art prizes in different high level art exhibitions. For example:

She won the golden prizes in the series of Japanese International Cultural Exchange for Calligraphy and Painting Exhibitions held by the Japanese Calligraphy and Painting Academy, which exhibited in the Tokyo Art Museum, Japan.

She won the golden prize in the 5th International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition held by the World Artists Association of Canada, which exhibited in the Beijing Chinese Contemporary Art Museum, China.

She won the silver prize in the Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of the Belgium-Chinese Culture Festival held by the municipal government of Belgium and Chinese art institution, which exhibited in Brussels, Belgium.

Co-hosted by the Shanghai Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Shanghai Friendship Association of Culture Circles, the Shanghai Calligraphy and Painting Press, the Japanese International Art Academy, the Europe and China Culture and Arts Advance Association, the Japanese and Chinese and Korea Culture Exchange Association, she won the bronze prize of the Competition and Elaborate Artworks Exhibition of Internal and External Chinese Calligraphy and Painting and Seal-cutting in Shanghai, China.

Supported by the Ministry of French Culture and held by the Societe Nationale des Beaux Arts, Hui Xu’s original hand painted silk work has awarded the nominated prize of the Celebration of 160 Anniversary of SALON DES BEAUX ARTS in the Fine Arts Hall of the House of Representatives, Paris, France.
