The People Art Publisher is the national art professional Publishing Company. On the time of its establishment year-1951, our primer ZHOU EN LAI wrote the name of the Publisher. Since the Chinese policy of reform and opening-up, the publisher has been the one of the Earliest External Business Development Cooperation. Meanwhile, it has already built the friendly collaborations with Japan, England, France, Russia, Belgium and etc.
