   The World Chinese Press is registered in Hongkong acquired an approval by the local government. It is as a bridge of the worldwide overseas Chinese people communication and propagandizes the Chinese Civilization, the Chinese Culture, the Overseas Chinese achievements research and spread, and finally the press become as influential multi-press in the international society. 

The World Chinese Press is concerned with editing and publishing the large-scale series of dictionaries in the field of international communications, gets the supports and helps from the external and internal peoples, also obtains the great many of zealous solicitudes from WANG GUANG YING, the Vice Chairman of Commissary of National People's Congress, CHEN SI YUAN, LU JIA XI, WU JIE PING, MA WAN QI the Vice Chairman of National Policy Negotiation Association, CHEN MU HUA the Vice incumbent Chairman of Commissary of National People's Congress, LEI JIE QIONG and so on. All of them leaved their epigraphs.

Under the direction of the Worldwide Chinese People Communication Association, the World Chinese Press has participated in editing, publishing and issuing the several volumes of the large-scale series of dictionaries in the field of international communications, such as “the Who’s who”, “the World People’s Dictionary”, “the World Outstanding Expert Dictionary”, “the Worldwide Overseas Chinese Peoples Expert Dictionary” and so on.

And what's more，The World Chinese Press held many annual artistic communication conferences with different art associations, there were the World Artists Association, the American Overseas Artists Association, the World Culture & Art Research Center, the Art Council and etc. Additionally, not only did it actively spread artistic communication facing to everywhere in the world, but also managed to set up the international Website. Currently, the press has already have several art professional websites such as the World Art, the World Art Exposition, the World Artworks Exchange and the World photography Exchange. Meanwhile, it has edited some papers and magazine on internet website such as “the Who’s Who of World Artists”, “the World Outstanding Overseas Chinese People Artists”, “the World Art Website”, “the World Overseas Chinese Arts” and etc.
