  The Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Publisher was established 01, July. 1985, which has been authorized by the National News Publish Office and been managed by the Tianjin Art Academy. The Publisher is mainly to spread the information of calligraphy and painting, teaching the theory and technique, introducing the famous people and their excellent works, and leading to collection and appraisal.
