  The World Culture & Art Research Center is administered by the World Artists Association and one of memberships for the Chinese International Communication Group, and set up the website of the World Art Paper. Having the large international influence, the center has become as the one of the most famous organs of the culture & art research and communication in the world. Because of its extrusive achievements, the Vice Incumbent Committee of the National People's Congress — CHEN MU HUA, LEI JIE QIONG, CHEN SI YUAN, LU JIA XI, MA WAN QI — the Vice Minister of the National Political Association and other famous people give their encourage to the center by writing their epigraphs. So the World Culture & Art Research Center is not only the Hongkong agency in the American Overseas Artists Association, but also as the one of the two big cores of the research organizations for the Group of World Daily Paper in Hongkong.
