The International Oversea Chinese Communication Association is registered in Hongkong acquired an approval by the local government and one of the biggest international Overseas Chinese People’s Sodalities in the world. In several years, by cooperating with the American Overseas Artists Association, the World Culture and Art Research Center and the Chinese International Exchange Publisher, the Association has published the several volumes including the largest scale of Chinese Character Dictionary- the International Character Dictionary and some series of the huge international communication books and periodicals with over hundred million words. On the other hand, the Association has set up the sub-associations in China, Hongkong, Australia, Taiwan, Mexico, America and other countries. Here it will be mentioned that the association has already held some series of the international communication activities such as the World Overseas Art Conference which is the most important part of the World Overseas Artists communication activities and the most important stage for international artists, and it has been the one of the Overseas Chinese People communication activities in the world.
