The Who’s Who was jointly edited by the World Artists Association, the World Cultural and Art Research Center and the Overseas Chinese Artists Association of United States. This Who’s Who was collected and compiled out of the First World Chinese Arts Award which was the theme of Spreading the Chinese culture and promoting the International Exchange.
