The 1999 Fine Collection Yearbook of the World Chinese Calligraphers and Painters - Famous Masterpieces of the World Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters was edited by the Centre of World Culture and  the Art Interchange of Belgium, and obtained some of Associations’ Congratulations and Leaders’ Inscriptions such as the Centre of World Culture and the Art Interchange of Belgium, the Huaxia Calligraphy and painting Research Academy in Belgium, Korea Modern Artists Association, the Commissioner of the United Nations Educational, the Scientific and Cultural Organization, the Vice Director of Department of Laws and Regulations of Ministry of Culture, P. R. China, the President of Canada General Association of World Calligraphers and the Painters Association, the Europe Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Holland, etc.
